Change The World Films Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”)

Below are the Terms & Conditions that apply to any purchases made via the Walkamileproject.com Store. This Agreement was last modified on February 19, 2024.

Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”, “Terms and Conditions”) carefully before using https://www.walkamileproject.com (“the Site”) operated by Change The World Films. (“us”, “we”, or “our”). This Agreement sets forth the legally binding terms and conditions for your use of the Site at http://www.walkamileproject.com.  Please do not place an order with Change The World Films without first reading these Terms and Conditions.

Package Tracking

If you select a track-able shipping method, then once your package has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail notification including your package Tracking number. You may click on the provided link, or enter your Tracking number at the shipping company website (FedEx, UPS, USPS, etc.) to check the delivery status of your package.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

When an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, there will be a $15.00 change of address processing fee, the cost to reship the item, plus any additional shipping charges incurred. Once the package is returned to us, Change The World Films will resend the package to the new address. To resend the package we must have the Recipient’s name, Company name (if applicable), Street #, Street name (please include N, S, E, or W), the Suite/Apt/Floor #, City, State, and Zip Code.

Liability

Once your package has shipped, Change The World Films is no longer responsible for any damages caused by the carrier or any delays due to weather or carrier malfunctions.

Change The World Films is not liable for any misdirected and/or delayed packages if an incorrect or incomplete address was provided at the time of the order.

Change The World Films is not liable for any damages or non-delivery of packages if the intended recipient is not available to receive the package on the first delivery attempt.

Refunds and Returns

In the rare event that you receive a defective item from us, we will gladly provide a replacement at no cost to you.  Simply send an email to support@walkamileproject.com, or use the Contact Form on our Contact page to initiate a replacement.
Refunds for damage during shipping must be claimed through the shipping company (FedEx, UPS, USPS, etc.). Please retain original carton in order to make your claim with the carrier.

Payment Options

Unless otherwise stated, Change The World Films requires payment in full at the time the order is placed. We accept payment options as indicated via the specific option you choose for payment (PayPal, etc.). Please call regarding additional Payment Options. We will not be responsible for a delay in shipment if your credit card is not approved.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms and Conditions by posting the updated terms on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.
